US TSYS: Healthy volumes in UST's, TYH8 at 1.5x the average as we tick towards

session lows of 122-28. 

- Sellers slightly more aggressive with 60% given on the bid. 2.59%/2.60% yield

highs from last week remain in focus (122-20/22+ in TYH8)

- Headlines that that House Republicans will discuss a stop gap funding bill

over the weekend  were ignored, but there were rumours of this yesterday. Some

reports that DACA legislation will not be included in the stop gap funding bill,

further delaying this decision. There were reports that there is growing

frustration with the situation from fiscal conservatives and defence hawks as

the US government approaches the Jan 19th deadline and there are growing doubts

any plan would pass the senate.
