Holding Cheaper To Start The Week

US TSYS

Cash Tsys run 1.0-1.5bp cheaper across the curve in early dealing this week, with light regional selling pressure evident on the heels of Friday’s NFP release. TYU2 deals off worst levels, last printing unchanged at 117-20, with the US contract being the only major bond futures contract to show through its Friday low thus far. Participants await the re-open of Chinese equity markets, which will have to react to the previous outlined COVID headwinds surrounding Shanghai & Macau.
