Holding Shy Of Best Levels

AUSSIE BONDS

A pretty stagnant round of Sydney trade thus far, with a lack of notable headline flow and limited price action in U.S. Tsys resulting in fairly sticky price action when it comes to ACGBs. That leaves YM & XM +6.0 at typing, with the longer end of the cash ACGB curve still marginally outperforming, richening by ~7bp, facilitating some light bull flattening. EFPs are off session tights, but the 3-/10-Year box is still ~1.5bp flatter on the day.
