UK: How today is set pan out in the Commons:
- Parliamentary business in mid-afternoon to centre around PM's statement on G7
summit at around 1530BST
- For 2 hours following this PM will face questions from MPs, most likely
focusing on prorogation, Brexit etc. 
- Around 1730: Michael Gove gives update to House on no-deal preparations
- Once Gove has finished and taken questions, anti-no deal MP to make
application for emergency debate under SO24. Probably around 1830-1900BST.
Speaker Bercow very likely to accept. 
-Over following few hours MPs will debate whether to allow anti-no dealers to
take control of order paper on Wed 4 Sep. Vote and result likely around
2130-2230BST. 
- Important to note, this vote will not stop no-deal, it simply allows anti-no
dealers to control order of business and submit Bill to stop no-deal Brexit on
Wednesday
