Hungary Plans to Sell EUR 500m Bonds in China, Japan - Telex

  • Hungary plans to raise the equivalent of €500 million from selling bonds in Japan and China this year, Zoltan Kurali, head of the nation’s debt management agency, told news website Telex.hu.
  • Hungary has completed half of its 1.79t forint ($5.1b) of foreign exchange denominated borrowing plans for 2024 already in January, including $2.5b of 12-year USD bonds, Bloomberg write.
