SOUTH KOREA: Initial comments from the BoK point to downside risks for both
growth & CPI, no surprises there given the current climate.
- The BoK also notes that CPI will move around the "0% level for a while."
- As a result the Bank will "maintain its accommodative policy stance."
- The statement has seemingly dropped the reference to Japan's export curbs
being a key risk.
