US DATA: Initial unemployment claims +12k to 272k in Sept 23 week, 
above the 265k expected. Unadjusted initial claims in Texas -8,218, but 
Florida +8,160, Georgia +3,157, Virgin Islands +128, and Puerto Rico 
-168, which is still elevated and the only state estimated. The 4-wk 
moving avg +9,000 to 277,750, the highest since the Feb. 6, 2016 week, 
but will likely slip back next week as the 298,000 level in the Sept. 2 
week rolls out of the caclulation. Seasonal factors had expected a 
decrease of 7,541 in NSA claims. Instead, NSA claims +2,062 to 215,024, 
still above the 198,455 level a year earlier. Continuing claims -45k to 
1.934m in the Sept 16 employment survey week, down 20,000 from the 1.954 
million level in the August 12 employment survey week. See MNI main
