DOLLAR-YEN: Intraday specs expecting a weak Nikkei open sold dollar-yen down to
Y109.30, the cash index opened lower but failed to extend losses, spec accounts
have since covered shorts and with Tokyo-fix related demand the dollar has
climbed to Y109.58. US rate yields are lending support, 10-year yields currently
up 0.7% for the session so far. Supply is tipped into the Y109.60's, with hourly
resistance seen just above Y110.00, while decent support remains at Y109.26
(76.4% fib Y108.74-Y110.95). Dollar-yen was last at Y109.49.
