IRELAND T-BILL AUCTION PREVIEW: Ireland's National Treasury Management Agency
(NTMA) launch a new 12-month Mar 18, 2019 T-bill on Thursday. 
- RV: According to Tradeweb the grey market for the new 12-month Mar 18 T-bill
is indicating a mid-yield of -0.472% which is a discount of 4.6bp vs the Dec 17,
2018 T-bill. Compared to Eonia the new 12-month T-bill is seen at -12bps.
- HISTORY: For comparison at the last 12-month Irish T-bill auction on Dec 14
the NTMA sold E500mln at average yield of -0.51%, bid-to-cover of 2.95 times and
-17.3bps vs Eonia
- TIMING: The auction will open at 0800GMT and close at 1000GMT, with results
due to be announced at around 1010GMT. 
- NON-COMP: A non-competitive auction will immediately follow the competitive
auction and will close on Thursday at 1600GMT, the NTMA said in the
announcement.
