ITALY: Italy considering a EUR10bn tax reduction package in next budget: paper

- Italy is considering a package worth about 10 billion euros ($11.1 billion) in
its budget for next year to cut taxes, Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini said
in an interview with daily Il Sole 24 Ore.
- Salvini said the government was thinking of two or three tax reductions
schemes for families.
- "It's a package worth around 10 billion euros, to run alongside other measures
for businesses," he said in the interview, published on Thursday.
