J.P.Morgan Recommend Short 30s

JGBS

J.P.Morgan write “in our view, the correlation between the 30-Year JGB yield and 10-Year U.S. Tsy yield should recover going forward, pointing to room for the 30-Year JGB yield to rise. Against this backdrop, we believe it makes sense from a risk/return standpoint to turn bearish on the super-long end. We recommend tactically shorting the 30-Year JGB.” Therefore, they recommended entering a tactical short in 30-Year JGBs at 1.415%.
