Japan FM Hayashi: We Will Cooperate w/US, SK On Response To NK ICBM Launch

Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasi Hayashi has stated that Japan plans to cooperate with the United States and South Korea on potential responsesto North Korea's earlier launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile into the Sea of Japan. Says responses could include sanctions.
