US DATA REACT: Jefferies economist Tom Simons noted October Personal Income rose
0.4% and Personal Consumption Expenditures rose 0.3%, while "income and
consumption data releases were mixed relative to their respective consensus
calls. The consensus call on income was +0.3% and PCE was for a 0.3% increase."
- He added that "personal income is up 3.4% YoY, while real PCE is up 4.2% YoY"
while "headline PCE Deflator rose 0.1% and the Core PCE Deflator rose 0.2% in
October. The consensus call on the PCE deflator was for a 0.1% increase, while
the consensus call on the core PCE deflator was +0.2%."
