JGBS: JGB futures have ticked higher in the Tokyo afternoon, with the contract
last +3 ticks.
- This comes after the contract unwound its modest overnight gains, and more,
ahead of 10-Year supply, with some light concession evident.
- The cover ratio eased at the margin at the auction, with the tail virtually
steady. The low price was bang in line with exp.
- The solid auction has helped put a bid back into the contract, as has the
demand for longer dated paper, which has promoted twist flattening of the curve.
- An address from BoJ's Kataoka headlines the local docket tomorrow.
