BOJ VIEW: JPMorgan now expect the Bank of Japan to raise its 10-year bond yield
target in July 2019 (prev. Dec 2018), citing subdued inflation and weak consumer
spending. JPM believe that "the BoJ should release forward guidance as soon as
possible to pledge it won't change policy until core consumer prices reaches
1.0%."
