June construct spending -1.3% vs +0.4% but..>

US DATA: June construct spending -1.3% vs +0.4% expected, but May 
construct rev up to +0.3% (prev flat), April construct rev down to -1.8% 
(prev -0.7%). Private spending -0.1%, with private residential building 
-0.2% and nonresidential building +0.1%. Private 1-family home construct 
+0.3% but multi-family -2.9%. Residential construct excluding new homes 
flat from rev down -0.9% in May, according to an MNI calculation. For 
private nonresidential construct, there were declines in commercial,
religious, transportation, power, and manufacturing while there were 
gains in office, health care, educational, amusement and recreation, 
and communication. Public construct -5.4%, low since Feb. 2014, with 
state and local govt construct -5.1% and Federal construct -9.3%. See
