The pullback in WTI futures last week was short lived with prices hitting fresh
ytd highs on Friday and extending their rally today. The 61.8% retracement level
of the Oct-Dec decline at $63.46 is the next upside target ahead of the
congestion zone at the $65 area. To regain some momentum bears look for a break
back below the 200-dma at $60.77 which would allow a run at the March 25 low and
uptrend support at $58.17/59.70.
