Kazakhstan Raise Crude Supply to Germany via Druzhba by 54% in Nov

Kazakhstan crude supplies to Germany via the northern leg of the Druzhba pipeline are expected to increase by 54% to 154k tons in November according to Bloomberg citing pipeline operator KazTransOil.

  • Oil producer requests have increased following the halt to CPC oil terminal loadings due to the Black Sea storm alert. KazTransOil earlier this month suggested plans to ship 100k tons in November.
  • Kazakhstan delivered 690k tons of crude to Germany vis the pipeline during Jan-Oct. Earlier this month Germany and Kazakhstan were reportedly in discussion to send 2m tons of crude to Germany in 2024.
