agreement) on UK gov't beyond transition period. 
- Could prove a block to support for deal from former Conservative independents
that oppose no-deal Brexit, for fear that PM could simply jettison LPF
provisions at the end of the transition period and allow a no-deal Brexit at
end-2020.
