Light Cheapening With Risk Tilted To On

US TSYS

TYM2 has had a couple of brief and shallow looks through its early session lows on the wider risk-positive flows fleshed out in previous bullets, although the contract operates in a limited 0-08+ range on less than 50K lots. Positive COVID headlines surrounding Shanghai & Hong Kong, coupled with the latest round of policy easing re: the Chinese property market, are at the core of the risk-positive flows witnessed during Asia-Pac hours. TYM2 last deals -0-05 at 119-16+, 0-01 off session lows, while cash Tsys run 1-2bp cheaper across the curve.
