Light China Docket This week, RBI Monetary Policy Decision Due On Friday

The Chinese docket is light in the week ahead, also due this week is South Korea GDP and CPI data. India's RBI monetary policy decision crosses on Friday.

  • China: Due tomorrow we have November Caixin Services PMI, the Composite measure is also due. Thursday's November Trade Balance is the only other data of note due this week.
  • South Korea: The docket is empty today, tomorrow we have November Foreign Reserves flash Q3 GDP and November CPI all due. October's Current Account Balance on Friday rounds off the docket.
  • Hong Kong: S&P Global All Economy PMI for November is due tomorrow, there is no estimate and the prior read was 48.9. The only other release of note this week is November Foreign Reserves on Thursday.
  • Taiwan: On the wires this week we have November Foreign Reserves (Tuesday), before November CPI and PPI provide the highlight of the week on Wednesday. Friday's November Trade Balance rounds off the docket.
  • Singapore: The docket is empty today, tomorrow we have November S&P Global PMI and October Retail Sales. Thursdays November Foreign Reserves print rounds off the docket.
  • Malaysia: Fortnightly Foreign Reserves on Thursday provide the only data of note this week.
  • Indonesia: November Foreign Reserves cross on Thursday and November Consumer Confidence rounds off a light week's docket on Friday.
  • Thailand: CPI data for November provides the highlight of the week's docket on Thursday. Also due on Thursday is November Consumer Confidence, and on Friday we have weekly Foreign Reserves.
  • India: The latest monetary policy decision from the RBI provides the highlight of the week's docket, there is no chance expected to policy. The only other data of note this week is November S&P Global Services PMI on Tuesday.
