Light Twist Flattening Observed

US TSYS

A fairly neutral start to cash trading has tempered the early bid in U.S. Tsy futures, with the major futures contracts operating a touch shy of best levels as a result, TYM2 -0-01+ at 120-24. Eary cash trade has seen some light twist flattening, with the major benchmarks running within -/+0.5bp of Wednesday’s closing levels, pivoting around 7s. Participants will be wary of the proximity to the elongated Easter weekend, and markets may be a little thinner as a result.
