Limited Start

US TSYS

A distinct lack of headline flow and diminished liquidity on the back of the previously outlined holidays across several major global financial centres has resulted in a limited start to Asia-Pac trade, although weakness in ACGBs is seemingly applying some modest cross-market pressure at present, at least at the margin. TYU2 last deals at the base of its 0-0-3+ range, -0-03+ at 118-24. Meanwhile, cash Tsys run 1-2bp cheaper across the curve.
