LNG: Gaz-System Agrees Pipeline Construction Related to FSRU Project

Poland’s Gaz-System has agreed contracts for the construction of three onshore gas pipelines directly related to the implementation of the floating LNG terminal planned for the Gulf of Gdańsk. 

  • Completion of the pipeline construction works from Kolnik – Gdańsk, Gardeja – Kolnik and Gustorzyn – Gardeja is planned for December 2026.
  • The FSRU LNG terminal in Gdańsk will be a key source for natural gas imports with a capacity of 6.1bcm.
  • The FSRU will guarantee the stability and continuity of gas supplies and the diversification of energy sources for Poland and the Central and Eastern European region.
