UK: Lots of buzz about a possible last-minute trip for PM May to Strasbourg
ahead of tomorrow's vote (Irish Foreign Min Coveney saying that's his
understanding as well). Have to be sceptical of any breakthrough on that front,
but GBP rising and Gilts are lower on the headlines. 
- Telegraph deputy Pol editor @Steven_Swinford: "Hearing that PM may be flying
to Strasbourg later *today* for last-ditch talks with Juncker. Suggestion there
is some kind of deal in the offing over alternative arrangements. Nothing
confirmed yet, but signals she could be bringing something new to the Commons
tomorrow."
