The break below the 50-dma has yet to lead to protracted leg lower in Treasury
futures, with markets looking to finish the session on more neutral ground. This
keeps the 38.2% retracement level in view at 122-02, with a break here needed to
open the 100-dma & Jan 18 low at 121-31+/02. On the topside bulls need to
recover Wednesday's high at 123-29+, before challenging the March 27 high at
124-31.
