Another leg lower for global equity markets kept Treasury futures on the front
foot Friday, with the 10y contract hitting fresh contract (and multi-year) highs
at 126-11. The underlying tone holds firm with next resistance seen from the Sep
12 2017 high at 127-00+, above here would see bulls focus on the 61.8%
retracement level at 127-26+. Initial downside support comes in today at
125-06+, with a break here needed to stabilise the outlook and bring the May 21
low & 50-dma back into view at 124-01/123-31.
