Merkel: Macron And I Talked To Polish PM Of 'Downward Spiral'

Delivering what is likely to be her final post-European Council presser (link here in German), German Chancellor Angela Merkel states that she and French President Emmanuel Marcon met with Polish PM Mateusz Morawiecki, where each said they had 'deep concerns about a downward spiral' in Polish-EU relations following rule of law row and the constitutional tribunal ruling on the primacy of EU law.
