looking heavy with immediate focus on 97.745 Mar lows and overall focus on
97.690-705 where 2018 lows are located. Bulls continue to look for a close above
97.865 to gain breathing room and to return focus to 97.910-98.015 where key WMA
and DMAs are situated. While 97.865 caps bears dominate.
AUSSIE 10-YR TECHS: (M18) Finding Support Ahead Of 55-DMA For Now
*RES 4: 97.4400 - 2018 High Apr 3
*RES 3: 97.4000 - Hourly resistance Apr 3

*COMMENTARY: Topside failures ahead of 97.3600 left the contract looking heavy
with focus currently on 97.1750-2275 where the 55-DMA is noted. Bears need a
close below 97.1750 to confirm a break of the 55-DMA and to return focus to
97.0450-0800 where the LT bull channel base off 2008 lows is situated. Bulls now
need a close above 97.2950 to gain breathing room and above 97.3600 to return
initial focus to 97.4000-4400.
US 10-YR FUTURE TECHS: (M18) Bears Need Close Below 120-11

*SUP 4: 119-21+ Repeated Daily lows Feb
*COMMENTARY: The closes below the 55-DMA (120-15+) sees immediate pressure back
on 120-11. Bears look for a close below 120-11 to confirm traction below DMAs &
shift focus back to 119-14/21+. Resistance layers are accumulating with bulls
now needing a close above Y120-24 to gain breathing room. Above121-12 is needed
to kick start topside momentum and initially target 121-26+/122-02.
US 10-YR YIELD TECHS: Above 2.859 To Target 2018 High
*RES 4: 2.957 - 2018 High Feb 21
*RES 3: 2.936 - High Feb 21
*RES 2: 2.889 - High Mar 22
*RES 1: 2.859 - High Mar 27
*PRICE: 2.828 @ 2130GMT

*SUP 2: 2.799 - Hourly resistance Apr 12 now support
*SUP 3: 2.748 - Low Apr 4
*SUP 4: 2.730 - Bollinger band base
*COMMENTARY: The aggressive rally and bullish close Thursday saw bulls gain
breathing room and pressure return to 2.859. The 2.859 resistance remains key
this week. Bulls need a close above to shift initial focus to tests of 2018
highs. Support layers building add to bullish confidence. Bears look for a close
below 2.799 to gain breathing room and return initial focus to 2.717-748 where
the Bollinger band base is noted.

*SUP 2: 150.79 - Low Apr 6
*SUP 3: 150.77 - 55-DMA
*SUP 4: 150.70 - Low Apr 2
*COMMENTARY: The 151.06 resistance confirmed significance with gains defining
last week largely negated by the rejection ahead of this level. Bears now look
for a close below 150.85 to shift initial focus back to the 150.65-77 support
region where 55 & 200-DMAs are situated. Bulls now need a close above 151.06 to
confirm a shift in focus to 151.15-21.
