MNI BRIEF: Fed 'Firm' On Keeping 2% Goal - Powell

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said Tuesday the central bank is aiming to bring down inflation to its 2% goal and is "firm" on keeping that target and not raising it to 3%.
