Paschal Donohoe, Ireland's finance minister, has submitted his letter of motivation in respect of a second 2-1/2-year term as President of the Eurogroup.

The deadline for candidates to apply is noon Brussels time on 24 November and the vote will take place at the Eurogroup meeting on 5 December. The President of the Eurogroup is elected by a simple majority (at least 10 of the 19 votes).
