MNI BRIEF: Malaysia CB Cites Recovery Momentum In Rates Hold

Bank Negara Malaysia has cited a slower momentum of economic recovery in its decision to maintain its Overnight Policy Rate at the record low of 1.75% on Thursday.

However, there are still uncertainties around new virus variants and supply chain disruptions, BNM said.
