MNI: Continued US Disinflation Not Guaranteed -Fed's Bullard

Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis President James Bullard said Friday the prospects for continued U.S. disinflation are good but not guaranteed, and again signaled support for additional rate hikes.

“Monetary policy is now at the low end of what is arguably sufficiently restrictive given current macroeconomic conditions,” he said in prepared materials for a Hoover Institution event.
