     LONDON (MNI) - A quiet Wednesday means the three key releases are Spain's
September industrial orders at 0800GMT, the UK's October Public Sector Finances
at 0930GMT and, overnight, Japan's October consumer price index at 2330GMT.
     Industrial orders in October grew by 7.7% y/y in Spain.
     The UK cumulative YTD borrowing has been at a 16-year low for two months
running. Public sector net borrowing is anticipated at stg5.6 bn in October,
with public sector net borrowing excluding central banks at stg6.1 bn.
     Japan's core national CPI grew by 1.0% y/y in September and, guided by the
Tokyo CPI earlier in the month, is anticipated to remain at this rate in
October.
