MNI: PBOC Injects Net CNY59 Bln Via MLF Loans

     BEIJING (MNI) - The PBOC injected CNY149 billion through 1-year Medium-term
Lending Facilities (MLF) loans on Friday, with the rate unchanged at 3.3%. The
move aims to offset the impact of government bond issuance and reverse repo
maturities to strengthen coordination of monetary policy and fiscal policy,
according to the PBOC's official statement.
  - The PBOC injected net CNY59 billion via its MLF loans today, as a total of
CNY90 billion in reverse repo matured.
  - CFETS-ICAP's money-market sentiment index closed at 32 on Thursday, up from
31 on Wednesday. 
  - Benchmark 7-day deposit repo average fell to 2.5898% today from 2.6113% on
Thursday: Wind Information.
