MNI: PBOC Net Injects CNY90 Billion via OMOs

     BEIJING (MNI) - The People's Bank of China (PBOC) injected CNY100 billion
via 7-day reverse repos on Thursday, adding liquidity for the eighth day. This
resulted in a net injection of CNY90 billion given that CNY10 billion of reverse
repos matured today, according to Wind Information.
- The injection aims to stabilize the liquidity conditions at mid-year, the PBOC
said.
- The 7-day weighted average interbank repo average rate for depository
institutions (DR007) rose to 2.6300% at 9:54 local time from the close of
2.4918% on Wednesday: Wind Information. 
- The CFETS-NEX money-market sentiment index closed at 40 on Wednesday, flat
from Tuesday's close.
