MNI: PBOC Skips OMOs for 12th Consecutive Day

     BEIJING (MNI) - The People's Bank of China (PBOC) skipped open market
operations on Thursday, citing "reasonable and ample" liquidity within banks.
There is no change in liquidity today with the absence of maturing reverse
repos, according to Wind Information. 
- CNY176.5 billion one-year MLF matures this week while no reverse repo matures;
- CFETS-ICAP money-market sentiment index closed at 43 on Wednesday, up from 29
on Tuesday;
- Benchmark seven-day deposit repo average rose to 2.6500% on Thursday from
2.3943% on Wednesday: Wind Information.
