MNI POLICY: Japan Govt Cuts Econ View; Getting Worse Rapidly

TOKYO (MNI) - Japan's government lowered its overall economic assessment
for a second straight month Thursday, saying the economy is getting worse

fluctuations in the financial and capital markets."
