• House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) intends to put a USD$14.5 billion Israel aid package on the floor of the lower chamber on Thursday - setting up a confrontation with the White House and Senate, and imperiling aid to Ukraine.
• Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will offer a show of support for Ukraine today when he appears at an event in Louisville, Kentucky with Ukraine’s ambassador to the US, Oksana Markarova.
