MNI: RBA Stands Ready To Ease Further If Needed: Minutes Text

--RBA Accepted There Had Been A Strong Case For A Nov Cut
     SYDNEY (MNI) - The Reserve Bank of Australia is prepared to cut official
interest rates again if needed to stimulate employment and a flow through to a
pick-up in consumption spending and inflation, the minutes of the Sept 5 policy
meeting show.
     The minutes also showed the RBA Board accepted a "case could be made" for a
cut in November.
