MNI US Morning Briefing

MNI (London)
LONDON (MNI) - There is little on the other side of the Atlantic set for
publication.
The Canadian CMHC housing starts data will cross the wires, with the NY Fed
survey of consumer expectations expected at 1100ET.
All eyes will be on Westminster, London Monday, with an all-night session
in the Commons to continue the second reading debate on the European Union
(Withdrawal) Bill.
The vote on the 2nd reading will not be until midnight. The opposition
party is expected to vote against it, although rebel Tory MPs are expected to
vote with the government at this stage -- holding their opposition for the 3rd
read and committee stages.
