US 5YR FUTURE TECHS: (Z17) Key 76.4% Fibo Support Level Holds Initial Challenge
*RES 4: 117-207/212 Oct 13, Oct 4 highs
*RES 3: 117-162 Initial low Oct 16, now resistance
*RES 2: 117-137 Oct 19 high
*RES 1: 117-100 Hourly resistance

*COMMENTARY* Pressure again came to bear on the 76.4% Fibo retrace level at
117-020, a low of 117-015 on Monday. Sustained break below here, sees support
from the Mar 17 low at 116-295 next, this then protecting the year's previous
116-155 low, seen a week earlier. In the meantime, resistance is initially from
117-100 but the 117-137/117-162 region provides a tougher ask of any near term
recovery.

*RES 3: 125-160 Oct 19 high
*RES 2: 125-100 Congestion area Oct 16-17, Oct 19
*RES 1: 125-010/015 Hourly resistance, Oct 18 low

*SUP 2: 124-170 61.8% Fibo of 122-145/127-285

*COMMENTARY* Downside pressure has resumed after the failure to make any further
gains than the Oct 13 high at 125-255. The Oct 6 low at 124-225 came under
examination again on Monday, beneath which, the 61.8% Fibo retrace level at
124-170 becomes the next support of note. In the interim, any recovery will have
to deal with 125-010/125-015 initially, before the chance of seeing a better
125-100/125-160 rise. Below 124-170 and the lower 1% volatility band next.
US 30YR FUTURE TECHS: (Z17) 151-25 Support Coming Under Renewed Pressure

*RES 3: 153-18/19 Congestion area Oct 15-17
*RES 2: 153-10 Oct 17 low, now resistance
*RES 1: 152-24/25 Hourly resistance, Oct 18 low

*SUP 2: 151-07 Oct 6 low
*SUP 3: 150-18 61.8% Fibo of 145-26/158-09
*SUP 4: 150-07/12 May 11 low, 2017 bull channel base proj'n
*COMMENTARY* Rally stalled at 154-05 on Oct 13 and has been giving back gains
from the month's 151-07 low ever since. A low of 151-25 last Friday, roughly in
line with a 76.4% retrace of these gains. Loss here will concern now and put
pressure back on that 151-07 low. This in turn the protection to the 61.8% Fibo
retrace level at 150-18. Meanwhile, back above 152-24/152-25 would help in the
near term, 153-10/153-19 then a tougher proposition higher.
     US EURODOLLAR TECHS: (Z17) 98.510-98.525 In The Way Of Any Recovery Hopes
*RES 4: 98.580 Sep 14 high
*RES 3: 98.555 Aug 25 low, now resistance
*RES 2: 98.525 Sep 25, Sep 28 highs
*RES 1: 98.510 Oct 13 high
*PRICE: 98.495 @1031GMT
*SUP 1: 98.470 Apr 24, Oct 6 lows
*SUP 2: 98.455 61.8% Fibo of 98.335-98.655
*SUP 3: 98.410 76.4% Fibo of 98.335-98.655
*SUP 4: 98.360 Dec 15 low
*COMMENTARY* Having lost 98.495 support earlier in the month, the 98.470 level
has since provided some interim support and protection to the 61.8% Fibo retrace
level at 98.455. That said, any recovery will need to deal firstly with the Oct
13 high at 98.510 and then more importantly the dual highs at 98.525. Through
here the minimum requirement to provide some respite and allow some greater
correction of the losses seen since the Sep 8 high at 98.635.
