Modest Cheapening As E-minis Edge Higher

US TSYS

TYZ1 has edged marginally lower in early Asia-Pac trade, last printing -0-01 at 130-17, aided by the uptick in U.S. e-minis and the Nikkei 225 in the wake of Wall St.'s rally on Monday. After hours reports revealed a mixed round of earnings & guidance from tech giant Facebook, although the company's announcement of a potential $50bn boost to its share buyback scheme dominated matters and has led to NASDAQ 100 outperformance in the e-mini space. Cash Tsys run 0.5-1.0bp cheaper across the curve, with 7s leading the downtick.
