Modest Downtick

US TSYS

Tsys have ticked lower in recent dealing, although the ranges in the space remain limited, with a lack of fresh headline flow apparent. That may be a case of a delayed reaction to the aforementioned uptick in e-minis or on a downtick in ACGBs ahead of Q2 Australian CPI data. TYU2 last deals at the base of its 0-05+ range, -0-07+ at 119-20, through the base of its Tuesday range. Cash Tsys run 0.5-1.0bp cheaper across the curve.
