Modestly Cheaper

US TSYS

Tsys have nudged lower, with e-minis trading on the front foot and some light selling of Cash Tsys apparent after the re-open. There hasn’t been much in the way of meaningful headline flow to digest, with Chinese COVID cases continuing to trend lower and RBNZ Governor Orr stressing that that the Bank needs to keep inflation expectation anchored. TYM2 last deals -0-02 at 120-17 just above the base of the narrow 0-05 range observed thus far. Cash Tsys run ~1bp cheaper across the curve.
