Morgan Stanley Look For Month-End Rebalancing To Result In USD Weakness

FOREX

Looking ahead to month-end, Morgan Stanley note that their month end FX signal “suggests that USD should weaken versus all currencies in the G10 this month-end”

  • In terms of details, they flag that “so far in November, the local MSCI equity indices for New Zealand, Sweden and the euro area have had the strongest performance, while MSCI Norway has been a relative underperformer. That said, local returns across G10 equity markets have been very strong, translating into a broad-based USD weakness signal this month-end.”
