BOND SUMMARY: Most of the major bond markets continue to operate around their
Tuesday peaks, with little in the way of fresh catalysts evident in early
Asia-Pacific hours.
- T-Notes last at 123.04+, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields last 2.565%. Eurodollar
futures trade 0.5 tick lower to 0.5 tick higher through the reds, on very
limited volume.
- Aussie bond futures await domestic CPI data. YM last +2.0 ticks, with XM +1.0
tick. YM/XM trades at 51.5 ticks, with the cash equivalent at 47.5bp. Bills
trade unch.-2 ticks higher through the reds.
- JGB futures trade 7 ticks higher at 152.63, with participants awaiting the
latest round of BoJ Rinban operations. Super-long paper has experienced some
slight outperformance in early trade.
- German fixed income futures trade virtually unchanged. Schatz unch. Bobls +1.0
ticks, Bunds +4 ticks
