Mukran Set to Receive Norwegian LNG Cargo

The LNG vessel Arctic Lady is taking a Norwegian cargo to Mukran, Germany for 20 April according to ICIS.

  • The FSRU-based Mukran facility announced yesterday (10 April) it has now got an official permit to move into commercial operations.
  • The facility had previously been sending trial volumes into the German gas network.
  • Mukran already received one previous cargo, another Norwegian delivery on the Maran Gas Alexandria that arrived into Mukran on 26 March according to ICIS.
  • The FSRU currently at Lubmin, the Neptune, will move round to Mukran later this summer to join the Energos Power.
