  • The five-year average for this period is an 80 bcf build on the week. In 2023, stocks also built by 62 bcf over the same period.
  • If correct, that would take US natural gas storage levels to 3,449 bcf, a surplus of around 8.8% over the five-year average. This would be a fall in the surplus from 9.6% the previous week.
