  • The current level of the base rate is adequate to manage fundamental inflation risks.
  • It is necessary to maintain the current level of the base rate over a prolonged period.
  • Disinflationary effects are expected to increase in the coming months, causing a turnaround in inflation.
  • Domestic inflation is expected to decrease gradually in the first half of 2023, and then more significantly from the middle of the year. The consumer price index will return to the central bank tolerance band in 2024.
